Originally from the USA, the home of customer service, she has an innate understanding of the importance of client relations. Since moving to Melbourne with her two sons in 2005, Tori has established an enviable reputation for her energy, knowledge, compassion and determination to achieve the best results possible.

We have dealt with a number of estate agents and none of them come close to Tori. She has many positive attributes, one of the main ones that we found missing in other agents is that she is proactive – she kept regular contact with us, she suggested possible houses and made an effort to show us around if we had missed or could not make the advertised open for inspections. Another rarely found attribute in estate agents was her honesty, when we sold houses through her she did not inflate our expectations, when we bought houses through her, we knew how many others were seriously interested and had a very good idea of what it was likely to sell for. She is also very good at knowing the market, or asking the right people, when we sold we received a price very close to what Tori had forecast, when we were looking to buy a house from a different real estate agent, Tori was able to provide us with useful details about the suburb and street. Michael Wood – we had Michael as the auctioneer and my adult kids who were at the auction informed us that Michael was a ‘gun’. Michael has a strong voice, the right words roll off his tongue, he’s witty, sharp and has uncanny knack of reading the crowd and achieving a great outcome.
